Welcome to Villa 61—your own little slice of island life in the heart of Manasota Key.

Completely renovated in 2026, our detached 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa was designed to feel beautiful enough for a special getaway, but comfortable enough to make you wish you lived here.

And for two couples traveling together? Nobody draws the short straw. Both bedrooms have brand-new, comfortable KING beds.

TWO KING BEDROOMS

King Bedroom 1 features a brand-new king mattress and an ensuite full bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

King Bedroom 2 also features a brand-new king mattress, built-in closet storage and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Both bedrooms have their own 50" Smart TV for streaming.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR VACATION

We love to cook, so this isn't a kitchen stocked with three mismatched pans and a wooden spoon.

You'll find a full-size refrigerator and freezer, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee station, beverage and wine refrigerator, air fryer, Crock-Pot, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, spices and plenty of utensils for preparing everything from a quick beach-day breakfast to dinner at home.

And yes—there's regular ice AND craft ice. We take vacation beverages seriously.

RELAX INSIDE & OUT

The living room offers plenty of room to stretch out on the oversized chaise sectional while enjoying the 75" Smart TV. Two built-in smart consoles feature wireless charging, Bluetooth connectivity, removable stainless-steel cup holders and convenient storage.

Slide open the doors to the screened lanai—one of our favorite places for morning coffee, an afternoon book or an evening drink. Additional covered outdoor dining and seating give you even more room to settle into island time.

You'll even catch peek-a-boo views of Lemon Bay between the neighboring villas.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

Englewood Beach is an easy 4-minute walk—we timed it!

We provide four beach chairs (including two higher-profile chairs that are easier to get in and out of), a beach wagon, beach cabana, beach towels, soft cooler and beach nets.

There's also an outdoor shower at Villa 61 that's perfect for rinsing away the sand when you return.

LEAVE THE CAR PARKED. Walk everywhere. And if you don't WANT to walk...we've got that covered too. 😎🌴

One of our favorite things about our location is how much you can enjoy on foot.

Walk to Englewood Beach, SandBar Tiki & Grille, Lock 'N Key, The Waverly, White Elephant Pub, Beachcomber, Geraldi's Pizza, Magnolias on the Bay, island shops, boat rentals and more. Don't feel like walking? Let Stumpy's do the driving! Stumpy's Free Ride offers complimentary shuttle service around Manasota Key. Just call to request a ride, and they'll pick you up and whisk you off to beaches, restaurants, shops and other island favorites. Drivers work for tips, and hours and availability may vary.

Spend the morning searching for shark teeth and shells, take a dolphin or sunset cruise in the afternoon, enjoy dinner and live music, then stroll over to the Gulf for one of Manasota Key's spectacular sunsets.

Or simply do absolutely nothing. That's allowed here too.

THE COMMUNITY

Villa 61 is located within Englewood Beach Villas, a 55+ condominium community of detached villas. Rental guests have access to the heated community pool, shuffleboard courts and clubhouse. Association registration is required for all rental stays.

The villa accommodates a maximum of four guests.

PARKING & ACCESS

One vehicle may park in Villa 61's private driveway. A second vehicle may park in designated community parking. A Villa 61 parking pass must be displayed in each vehicle during your stay.

The villa is single-level, but there is a small threshold step in these three areas: entry into the home, laundry room and screened lanai.

GOOD TO KNOW

Please respect our neighbors and observe community quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

An exterior doorbell camera is located outside the villa.

Englewood Beach Villas continues to recover and improve following the hurricanes, and some villas within the community may still have daytime contractor activity. Evenings and weekends are generally peaceful. We will always do our best to keep guests informed of current conditions.

A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING

Villa 61 is located within Englewood Beach Condominium Association, a 55+ community. The primary guest must be age 55 or older. Age verification and Association approval are required before occupancy. A seven-night minimum stay applies to all reservations.

Association rules prohibit individuals listed on a state sex offender registry from renting or occupying the property. All occupants and guests must comply with Association rules.

Most of all, Villa 61 isn't just a rental to us. It's our home on an island we fell in love with years ago, and we've tried to think of the little things that make a vacation feel easy, comfortable and special.
