Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away at time of booking.

Rates vary by date and availability. A seven-night minimum stay applies. Applicable taxes and cleaning charges are additional. Englewood Beach Villas requires a completed guest-registration application and community approval for every reservation. A $150 EBCA registration fee is added to the booking charges for each reservation, regardless of length. Villa 61 will submit the completed application and fee to the association.
